You can find event information online and track results yourself. ShowPoints brings those tasks together: discover events, save shows, access judging programs, get alerts on your phone or smartwatch, and log results to follow your dogs’ progress.

How do I find dog shows near me?
Use the ShowPoints calendar to search by month, region, or event type. You can filter and assign your dogs to shows that match your schedule.
Can I use ShowPoints for performance events?
Yes. ShowPoints includes dog shows, trials, competitions, and events across multiple sports, including Fast CAT, rally, obedience, agility, dock diving, scent work, herding, barn hunt, lure coursing, weight pull, and more. You can filter Discover by organization and sport to find the events that fit your plans.
Can I enter a dog show through ShowPoints?
No. ShowPoints doesn't enter shows for you. It links to the premium list, entry forms and superintendents, and you enter through the superintendent or show secretary as usual.
Is this made by someone who actually shows dogs?
Yes. ShowPoints was created by active exhibitors who understand the challenges—and want better tools for all of us.
Is there a built-in dog show point calculator?
Yes. Input how many dogs were shown to estimate potential AKC championship points based on published point schedules and eligibility rules. Official points are determined solely by AKC after results are processed. ShowPoints is not affiliated or endorsed by any registry, superintendent or kennel club.
Does ShowPoints display breed points, all-breed point totals, or performance results?
ShowPoints lets you enter your dogs’ results and keep personal records, including progress toward CH and GCH titles, NOHS goals and Fast CAT milestones. Your recorded wins appear in your virtual Ribbon Rack.
These records and progress calculations are based on information you enter. ShowPoints does not automatically import or verify official results, breed or all-breed ranking totals. Confirm official points, titles and rankings with the relevant registry or ranking publisher.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Everyone starts with a free 7 day free trial through the App Store. You won’t be charged during that time, and you can cancel anytime in your Apple or Google Play settings. After 7 days, your subscription will automatically renew through your App Store account unless you cancel before the trial ends. All billing is handled securely by Apple or Google, not by ShowPoints.
Is ShowPoints affiliated with the AKC or a superintendent?
No. ShowPoints is an independent app built for dog show exhibitors. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the American Kennel Club, any superintendent, kennel club, or event-giving organization unless specifically stated.
Our goal is to help exhibitors participate more easily by making dog show information easier to find, save, and use from their phone. AKC, superintendents, clubs, premium lists, judging programs, and official event pages remain the official sources for final show information.
Does ShowPoints replace AKC, superintendents, or kennel clubs?
